Property improvements, remediation, and renovations are our specialties.  Our in-house team has 60+ years of experience working as representatives for real estate owners, developers, associations, and investors. This includes owner representation, repurposing existing facilities, interior renovations, planning and bidding projects, monitoring construction progress, evaluating green building concepts, and providing forensic engineering analysis and remediation repair solutions. Our services include: 

• Pre Construction Services – Our team of licensed engineers, architects, and certified contractors analyzes project goals, coordinates planning and review of drawings and specifications, establishes budgets, and coordinates financing and benchmarking.
• Construction Services – The construction administration team will attend job site meetings to review work progress. Construction schedule, costs, and benchmarks will be monitored. Monthly inspection reports, pay application reviews, lien release monitoring, license and insurance maintenance, and financial reporting will be provided. 
• Post Construction Services – Closeout documentation and punch list completion will be verified. A closeout package including warranties and preventative maintenance schedules will be provided to the owner.
