Founded in 2014, Property Masters brings together more than 60 years of combined experience in real estate investment, development, operations, property repositioning, remediation, renovation and asset management.
That experience gives us a perspective that goes beyond day-to-day property management. We understand how buildings perform, how problems develop, how improvements should be planned, and how today's decisions affect an asset's long-term condition and value.
Today, Property Masters works alongside property management companies, community associations and their boards, providing the technical expertise needed to maintain, improve and protect their properties.
Our role is to complement the property management team—not replace it. We provide experienced guidance in building condition and facility issues, inspections, capital planning, construction administration, owner representation and technical problem solving.
